Pricing questions
How is CartLift billed?
Through Shopify. Paid plans appear on your regular Shopify invoice, in USD, and you approve the charge inside Shopify admin. There are no usage fees or commissions on sales.
What counts as a product pair?
One approved link between a main product and an extra you want to offer with it — for example your serum and its SPF. Your plan sets how many approved pairs can show on your store.
What is an AI run?
One request for pair suggestions across your catalogue. Suggestions are proposals; nothing shows until you approve it. Manual pairing is unlimited within your pair count.
Is the trust & delivery kit included on the Free plan?
Yes. All 15 trust, delivery and conversion elements — pincode & COD checker, delivery dates, ratings, badges, FAQ, sticky add to cart and more — are on every plan.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time from CartLift → Plans; Shopify applies the change to your app billing. Uninstalling CartLift cancels its subscription.
